I know what it’s like to grow a career in a highly technical sector where expectations are high and the pathways aren’t always clear. I’ve spent 17 years in renewables, and I’ve built a reputation as one of the most trusted voices in my field – not by becoming someone else, but by staying rooted in my values, showing up as myself, and doing the work well.
