Lesley McNeil
Hi, I’m Lesley, the coach behind Cailleach Coaching.
I’ve spent 17 years in the renewables sector, working across delivery and policy in the Scottish Government, and more recently leading marketing, public affairs and communications in the private sector. Within my corner of the industry, I’ve built a reputation as someone who gets things done, and done well. Not by playing the corporate game, but by staying grounded in my values, showing up as myself, and helping others do the same.
Over the years I’ve led teams, mentored colleagues, and helped shape strategy at the highest levels – and I’ve discovered that what I love most is helping people grow. That’s what led me to complete a professional coaching qualification and start Cailleach Coaching: to create a space where people can reflect, reset, and move forward with purpose and integrity.
I live in the east end of Glasgow with my husband, our two kids, and a greyhound called Zephyr (named after a Greek god, naturally).
