I’m Lesley, and I’m the coach behind Cailleach Coaching. The name Cailleach (pronounced kall-yukh) comes from Celtic mythology, where she’s known as a wise woman of the land — a crone goddess tied to nature, transformation, and the turning of seasons. I chose this name to honour the deep, intuitive wisdom we all carry, and the cycles of growth, rest, and renewal that shape our lives. Just as the Cailleach reshapes the world with each passing season, coaching can help reshape our stories, gently and purposefully.
